Welcome to the entry portal for Darren Patterson Christian Academy Eagle Online Classes!
Eagle Online is designed to offer flexible alternatives for delivering high-quality and advanced Christian education to students and families. Eagle Online has more than 100 courses available for grades 6-12, including a variety of Bible and world view classes for all grade levels. In addition, 12 Advanced Placement and approximately 140 Dual-Credit courses are offered in conjunction with The College Board Advanced Placement program and some excellent Christian collegiate institutions such as Taylor University in Upland, Indiana and Davis College in Johnson City, New York.
At DPCA, we equip students for excellence in Christian life and service by providing a distinctively Christian school environment that emphasizes knowing Christ, imitating His character, integrating the Bible in all of life and learning, mastering academic knowledge and skills, and affirming the uniqueness of each child. Eagle Online is an extension of our school and overall mission, and provides additional resources for both full-time students of the Academy and those who may just wish to take advantage of the exciting and dynamic courses that Eagle Online has to offer.
Eagle Online is made possible through our partnership with Sevenstar Academy, one of the nation's premier providers and organizers of online course content. All courses have been designed to exceed applicable national standards, and all feature the integration of Biblical wisdom, principles, and teaching. Eagle Online features the same focus on quality academics, and on developing a holistic understanding of God's creation and peoples, that characterizes traditional courses at the Academy campus. Because of DPCA's partnership status, parents can find high quality Sevenstar online courses for their students at a lower tuition rate than is available to the general public.
Eagle Online is an outstanding resource for:
- Our campus students who are looking for additional advanced and AP courses, need to take a course outside the normal campus sequence, need credit recovery or additional practice, or just want to take an alternative to our traditional program.
- Home school students who might want to engage in some or all of their course work online, need a solution for AP or dual-credit courses, and would like DPCA to provide records and transcripts.
- Public school students who would like to take a course or two to strengthen their Biblical scholarship and Christian world view.
- Any student desiring to gain college credit while in high school.
- International students looking for a broad curriculum and a connection to a Christian school community in the United States.
